Diocesan School Centennial Courtyard Epsom, Auckland, 2010-ongoing

Brown Ltd has an ongoing involvement in development of the Diocesan School for Girls in Epsom.  The latest project, currently in the design development stage involves creation of an outdoor communal space linking together a number of classroom and administration blocks.  This area had a relatively complex contour and circulation pattern to be resolved, and uses a large water feature to tie the space together.  A deliberately formal approach was employed to tie in with the existing character of the school, and the aspirations of the client.
