Brown NZ Ltd was responsible for the preparation of development concepts for a 130ha major residential extension to Lincoln Township, connected to Lincoln University, including a commercial / entertainment centre, town-housing, conventional and large lot residential development built around an extensive network of ponds, streams, open spaces and recreation areas - for Ngai Tahu Properties & Lincoln University.
